MISSION, VISION & VALUES

To enable hotels and restaurants to connect with customers by creating valuable software tools and digital marketing services that allow them to promote and share their product and services, all while operating more efficiently.

For hotels specifically, the current online booking market consists of a powerful oligopoly which charges hotels a hefty price to distribute, market, and sell their rooms to travelers. The onerous terms and costs drive up hotel rates and travelers bear the brunt of this by spending over 15% on hotel rooms than what the marketplace would dictate.

INNsight wants to shine a light on the inefficiencies of the online bookings of hotels, and enable hoteliers of all types with inexpensive cloud-based technologies to help them market and manage their hotel and sell their rooms cheaper.

For restaurants, we have simply grown tired of lack of discoverability and terribly designed websites and poor online menus that lead to the inability to connect with customers.

We believe every hospitality business should have a great presence online and the tools to promote, sell, and manage their product or services, whether it be a guest room or food and beverage order.
